Have you Heard of a Vagus Nerve Stimulator?

Have you heard of a vagus nerve stimulator? Neither had I. In my search to work longer days with less issues, I was on a roll. I had no idea I would be purchasing a Pulsetto Vagus Nerve Stimulator. I am not sure now how I will ever live without it.

Chronic fatigue, galactosemia and celiac’s is quite a handful, and I try to get through the days with as much grace as possible. Some days my hands really don’t want to work at all. Some times the nerve pain in my legs is overwhelming. I truly try to not let that stop me.

Does Everybody Love a Flare-Up?

The galactosemia and celiac’s clearly got diagnosed before I realized I had chronic fatigue. The symptoms when all three flare is not fun. Since I try to work as much as possible baking delicious things, the flares are a very real detriment.

I watch a few youtube channels to find out the latest about how to heal from chronic fatigue. Chronic fatigue is where you have pushed so hard for so long, your nervous system and brain begin to misfire and its all about your body actually trying to slow you down so you can heal. I take it all pretty seriously. As a long term metaphysician (healer) I believe that just about everything can come back into stasis. It is what our body wants, and craves.

I ignored the downward slide my body was taking, mostly because it was not convenient (no self love there, right?). I had my first ME/CFS crash in July of 2015. It came 7 months after having an infection go turn into septicemia. As I look back, I can see that slide clearly. I could see nothing as I went through it.

By the time ME/CFS got diagnosed, I was in deep. I slept most of the day and it was tough to do the stairs. In my journeys I watched a video about a woman who had difficult nervous system reactions when doing basic things like grocery shopping and she wore a vagus nerve stimulator through the store to help. I thought to myself, grocery shopping felt like a luxury to me at that time (thank you so much walmart for delivery service – thank you!).

Vagus Nerve Stimulator? Thank You Pulsetto!

stimulating vagus nerve with pulsetto liteOnce I got over myself and my desire to be strong enough to shop, I looked up a vagus nerve stimulator. The first one I saw was a pulsetto device. I was so desperate, I bought it immediately. It was a knee jerk reaction to hope. I had no regrets.

It took nearly two weeks to get here. I was beside myself. I really wanted to get better. When it did come in, I began to use it religiously.

Every night. I used it every night. The first thing I noticed is it stopped the night sweats I dealt with every night. That took nearly two weeks.

The next change was inflammation. I had a horrific fall in June on vacation, and the pain was tremendous. I don’t take much pain relief other than cbd and this was a little more than I was used to. Four toes were damaged and the foot was mangled. Three weeks on pulsetto and I could walk on it better.

Wait – Does this Pulsetto actually work?

After that, the chronic nerve pain and constant sciatica began to go away. This was at about week three – four and I was a convert. My nervous system began to relax and repair and I was not so reactive any longer.

using a pulsetto vagus nerve stimulator
I am now in about three months or so. I use this vagus nerve stimulator every night after my responsibilites are done and I can put my feet up and relax.

It works on:  Stress Relief, Anxiety Relief, Sleep, Burnout, Pain, Head Pain, Inflammation and Gut Health

It includes: Breathwork, Meditation, Affirmations

It offers so much and logs so much you can see results in real time. As you do better, as you commit more time, you actually heal faster. It is amazing. It was actually a game changer for me.

I was happy that it helped stop inflammation. I was stunned that it also stopped the rampant nerve pain I was dealing with each and every day. It does not fix the malformations in the back. The damage still exists. However, it relieves the pain and inflammation everywhere and since I can only take tylenol and cbd, that is enough for me to have a better life.

A better life is truly all I can ask for. A relief from pain and inflammation is enough. It also meant that I did not need to take as much liquid curcumin as I had to in the past. That actually is a better life. I am grateful.

Let me know if you have questions, I love to help.
