Instructions
Defrost brussel sprouts.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line baking tray with parchment. More than one sheet of parchment often means no clean up.
Prep the brussel sprouts. Cut off the bottom and then slice each one in half unless to small to cut in half.
Place all the trimmed brussel sprouts in a bowl and drizzle the oil over the sprouts.
Once sprouts are coated, add the seasonings.
Add freshly grated parmesan to the bowl. If you do not have freshly ground, use what you have!
Mix the spices and cheese together in the bowl.
Add the breadcrumbs and combine with the rest of the bowl.
Coat parchment paper with a little more olive oil.
Carefully Spoon the Sprouts onto the tray.
Sprinkle remaining seasoning over the brussel sprouts.
Roast in the oven for 15-17 minutes. The toppings on the tray will be overcooked. The toppings on the brussel sprouts will simply brown.
Plate and serve!
