Gluten Free Chocolate Cups with Dry Roasted Peanuts
My Brother's partner Deisy loves our chocolates and so I wanted to make her a batch she could enjoy before the intense heat of summer kicks in.

1 package mini cupcake liners
2 basic teaspoons
Ingredients
320
grams
dark chocolate callets or chips
300
grams
gluten free dry roasted peanuts
Instructions
Using a bain marie, Melt the 320 grams of dark chocolate in a bowl over a pan of warm water.
Once the chocolate is melted, add the dry roasted peanuts and combine until all the peanuts are covered with chocolate
Using teaspoons, use one teaspoon to get the chocolate and peanuts, use the second spoon to our the chocolate peanuts into the lined molds.
Once the molds have been filled, allow to cool and set completely before removing from the silicon molds.
Place on a serving tray or store for longevity in a container.
