Instructions
Cut the broccoli head into smaller pieces, including the stems.
In a large mixing bowl, add the oil, salt, pepper, and roasted garlic.
Swirl the oil mixture around the bowl to coat the sides.
Add the chopped broccoli to the mixing bowl and mix until the broccoli is well coated with oil.
Allow the broccoli to marinate until ready to cook dinner.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pour the marinated gluten free broccoli on a large baking sheet. Leave enough room between the broccoli pieces so it roasts evenly without steaming.
When the oven is preheated, bake for 17 minutes. Remove from oven and plate.
