Ingredients

1 tsproasted garlic powderany kind of garlic will do.. finely ground
56gramsgrated aged parmesan cheeseaged cheese have less to no lactose
56gramsbread crumbs
gratedPepper
spray oilfor the parchment paper to prevent sticking
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Prep your ingredients. Grate the Cheese, place in a bowl. Measure the garlic and bread crumbs into bowls.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Slice the Zucchini into approx 1/4 inch slices.
Place parchment on the baking tray and spray with oil
Place sliced zucchini on the baking tray, leaving space between the slices.
Top each slice with a generous portion of the cheese and bread crumb mixture.
Bake for 17 minutes (or more depending on your oven).
