- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- 4 large cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese - grated
- 1 cup Divinely Gluten free Bread Crumbs
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup minced parsley
In a large bowl, break up the ground beef with a fork.
Add two eggs to meat, and work in with a fork.
Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and work together until well combined. While some people use a fork to combine, I have been making meatballs all my life and we do it with our hands. Be careful not to overwork the meat. It makes the meatballs tough.
With a small to medium cookie scoop, start measuring out the mix into small balls. Roll each measure of mix into a ball. Place in a large baking pan lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Repeat until all the meatballs are formed.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
